We will be scheduling some fun celebrations on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of unscheduled time for exploring, playing at the beach, and relaxing.

Sunset Parley: Don your finest pirate finery and steer your golf cart over to the beach at 4th Street for a sunset-watching gathering. BYOB. - Saturday, May 28, 2022 – 6pm
Birthday Bash at the Boca Bayou Breezeway. - Sunday, May 29, 2022 – 12pm
Beach Picnic: We’ll bring the boxed lunches, just BYOB.
Other fun things to do while you’re in Boca Grande:
- Visit the adorable local businesses: Fugate’s (shopping), Hudson’s Grocery, Pink Pony Ice Cream, The Front Porch (women’s and children’s clothing), The Tide (a puzzle and game store), Boca Grande Outfitters, Smart Studio (local artist’s gallery), the Inn Bakery, and Andrew’s favorite: Barnichol Hardware.
- Find some of the iconic roads of BG: Banyon Street, Damfino, Damficare, and our favorite beach entry spot – 13th Street aka “Secret Beach”
- Visit the south end of the island, including the lighthouse museum and South Beach, one of our favorite restaurants.
- The island library is gorgeous – check out the kids section, courtyard garden, and incredible shell collection.
- Try some of the fun bars and restaurants around town: The Loose Caboose, The Temptation, The Pink Elephant, Miller’s Marina, The Outlet, 3rd St Cafe, Sisters Pizzeria, and the taco stand by Hudson’s Grocery.
- Check out the walking trails through the mangroves and dunes next to the Range Lighthouse mid-island.
- Say hello to the pigs and other animals who live behind Whidden’s Marina.
- Visit both playgrounds, one at the Inn and one at the Community Center.
- Rent bicycles to explore the full island – 7 miles long. There’s a path up and down most of the middle of the island that’s safe for cycling and golf carts.
